MÜSİAD UK – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MÜSİAD UK. By registering through our application portal https://app.musiad.uk, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals and businesses who meet the criteria set by MÜSİAD UK.

  • All applications are subject to approval by the Association’s Board.

2. Membership Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Members must comply with the internal rules and regulations of MÜSİAD UK.

  • Fees or contributions (if applicable) must be paid on time.

3. Use of the Platform

  • You must not misuse the application platform or provide false information.

  • Any breach may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and materials on musiad.uk are the property of MÜSİAD UK and cannot be used without written permission.

5. Liability

  • MÜSİAD UK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

  • We do not provide financial or legal advice through the membership portal.

6. Data Protection & Privacy (UK GDPR Compliance)

  • Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Data collected includes personal identification, contact details, and business information for membership administration.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

  • You have the legal right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and the right to data portability.

7. Data Retention

  • If membership is approved, your data will be retained as long as you remain a member.

  • If membership is declined, data will be securely deleted within a reasonable period, unless legal obligations require retention.

8. Changes

  • MÜSİAD UK may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be published on our website.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

  • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

MÜSİAD UK – Üyelik Şartları

MÜSİAD UK’e hoş geldiniz. https://app.musiad.uk adresindeki üyelik formunu doldurarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız:

1. Uygunluk

  • Üyelik başvuruları, MÜSİAD UK tarafından belirlenen kriterlere uygun gerçek ve tüzel kişiler için açıktır.

  • Tüm başvurular, Dernek Yönetim Kurulu’nun onayına tabidir.

2. Üyelik Yükümlülükleri

  • Kayıt sırasında doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi vermeyi kabul edersiniz.

  • Üyeler, MÜSİAD UK iç tüzük ve kurallarına uymakla yükümlüdür.

  • Üyelik aidatı veya katkı payları (varsa) zamanında ödenmelidir.

3. Platform Kullanımı

  • Platformu kötüye kullanamaz veya yanlış bilgi veremezsiniz.

  • İhlal durumunda üyelik askıya alınabilir veya iptal edilebilir.

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

  • musiad.uk sitesindeki tüm logo, tasarım ve içerikler MÜSİAD UK’e aittir. İzinsiz kullanılamaz.

5. Sorumluluk Reddi

  • MÜSİAD UK, platform kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

  • Üyelik portalı üzerinden mali veya hukuki danışmanlık hizmeti verilmemektedir.

6. Veri Koruma & Gizlilik (UK GDPR Uyumu)

  • Kişisel verileriniz, UK GDPR ve Data Protection Act 2018 hükümlerine uygun şekilde işlenmektedir.

  • Toplanan veriler; kimlik, iletişim ve iş bilgilerinizi içerir ve yalnızca üyelik yönetimi amacıyla kullanılmaktadır.

  • Verileriniz, kanunen gerekmedikçe veya açık onayınız olmadıkça üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz.

  • GDPR kapsamında sahip olduğunuz haklar:

    • Verilerinize erişme

    • Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini talep etme

    • Verilerin silinmesini isteme (yasal olarak mümkünse)

    • İşlemenin kısıtlanmasını veya durdurulmasını talep etme

    • Verilerinizin taşınabilirliğini isteme

7. Veri Saklama

  • Üyeliğiniz onaylanırsa verileriniz üyeliğiniz süresince saklanır.

  • Üyeliğiniz reddedilirse, verileriniz makul bir süre içinde güvenli şekilde silinir (yasal yükümlülükler hariç).

8. Değişiklikler

  • MÜSİAD UK bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Güncellemeler web sitemizde yayınlanır.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk

  • Bu üyelik şartları İngiltere & Galler hukukuna tabidir.

  • Doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklar yalnızca İngiltere & Galler mahkemelerinde çözümlenir.
